At the interface between culture, industry and nature, we have created our Luther Residenz
for you, an apartment house, which also meets the highest demands. It offers you a pleasant
and comfortable temporary home, be it as a holiday apartment or as a place to live for
business people, fitters and workers.
We have the appropriate accommodation for every budget and requirement: From functional standard rooms
to our fully furnished suites, some with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and up to 120 square meters in size.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you:

A laundry service – our staff will take care of it and will soon bring each item back to you freshly washed, dried and neatly folded soon.

Or use our public washing machines and dryers for a small fee

Upon arrival, a filled fridge as an initial supply of groceries on request

1-2 times a week cleaning of the suites and rooms

The provision of towels, bath towels and tea towels as well as washing-up utensils in the suites and their weekly change

Free WiFi access with a fast internet connection

Large TV screens in every room and suite

A private refrigerator in each standard room and fully equipped kitchens in the suites

Multiple ranges and microwave ovens for cooking facilities for the standard rooms in the common room

That the linen change for all accommodations is already included in the price

Your temporary home is within walking distance of many large industrial companies such as Stickstoffwerke (SKW) Piesteritz GmbH, PTE Polymer Technik Elbe GmbH and only approx. 300 m away from the Elbe Cycle Path.
Nearest shops with bakers and butchers are about 5 minutes (3 km) away,
to the city center it is only approx. 5 km.
